Refund policy

Important note: A chargeback or reversal of a payment through your bank or card provider does not constitute a valid notice of cancellation. If you wish to cancel, please notify us as described below.

 

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. This is longer than the 14-day cancellation period required by law.

The cancellation period will expire 30 days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Plakos GmbH, Willy-Brandt-Allee 31, 23554 Lübeck, Germany, email: support@plakos.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model cancellation form below or our online cancellation form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

 

Termination for Good Cause

The right of either party to terminate the contract for good cause (for example, in the event of a serious breach of contract by the other party) remains unaffected. Notice of termination must be given in writing; email is sufficient. You may also use our termination form. In the event of termination, you only have to pay the proportion of the price that corresponds to the value of the services we have provided up to the date of termination.

 

Your Statutory Rights
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your rights if any digital content we supply is faulty.
